Warrington-based LegalforLandlords has moved premises. The good news for the town is that the company hasn’t moved far. It’s just over half a mile, or a fifteen-minute walk, from their previous location on Birchwood Way to the new Olympic Way offices. One might wonder, then, why the company has made the change.
Founder and MD Sim Sekhon explained the decision. “We’re running out of room, the team is growing and our ambitious plans demand the extra floor space.”
Sekhon isn’t referring just to the ambitions of LegalforLandlords but also to the business they acquired in 2021. Propoly – a hugely respected Prop Tech platform – is also on a growth trajectory. More features are being incorporated into the platform, and more and more lettings agents are discovering the benefits of the software’s pre-tenancy service.
Sekhon is ambitious, but he’s also a champion of the property rental sector with a deep understanding of the challenges agents, landlords and tenants face. He’s a firm believer in utilising technology to streamline processes, committed to enhancing professionalism in the industry and proud of the service his organisation delivers. He says, “We’ve got a great team with a huge amount of experience, and this short-distance relocation will allow us to keep the team intact. Moves can be disruptive, but the transition has been very smooth and we’re ready to hit the ground running.”
The company’s new HQ is at Unit 5B, Olympic Way, Birchwood, Warrington WA2 OYL and the move was completed on February 13th.
