Res-tech company names Lamia Lee as General Manager of the region
Walr [walr.com], the data creation company behind the Walr Platform, has appointed Lamia Lee to head up its operations in the APAC region. Joining as General Manager, Lee’s appointment reflects the company’s continued expansion worldwide, with a presence in the UK, USA, Norway, India, Canada, North Macedonia and now Australia.
Lee brings 15 years of experience in the market research industry to the role, with previous positions held at Lucid Holdings Inc, Dynata, Kantar and Teg Insights. Her career has focused on market segmentation, behavioural data, insight generation, and strategy development. Additionally, Lee was shortlisted for the 2022 Women Leading Tech award from B&T Magazine.
Lee comments, “I’ve been so keen to join the team at Walr and share their innovative and much-needed solution with researchers in the APAC region. It was immediately clear I was going to be part of a dynamic environment and talented team. The positive culture at Walr really stands out, and heading up this new territory is an exciting role.”
