4th, October, London: Today, Veezu, the leading private hire technology platform in the UK, announces its new rebrand delivered by Customer Experience Agency Initials CX. The new work will communicate Veezu’s rebrand, whilst driving awareness and loyalty.
Initials CX was tasked with creating a whole new brand identity, including a new brand platform, brand guide and comms plan to provide Veezu with a clear purpose, thereby increasing awareness and loyalty in four key communities – Bristol, Bath, Swindon and Chippenham. The debut campaign will utilise OOH media, supported by digital comms.
Veezu prides itself in helping its hyper-local communities thrive. In addition to passengers getting a ride home, he ride provider partners with universities to provide ‘students safe schemes’, where students can pay the next day to avoid walking home alone. The brand also provides an NHS service to transport patients to and from hospitals across the UK, as well as working in collaboration with local education authorities to transport children and vulnerable adults.
By establishing a differentiated and meaningful market positioning for the Veezu core brand, the overarching goal for Initials CX was to help increase bookings and app downloads. The agency was also tasked with improving the brand messaging to not only provide awareness of the functional ability of Veezu (offering rides to those in need of them), but also the emotional benefit of using a local company that invests in the community.
Barry Jenkins, Head of Marketing at Veezu says: “Initials CX has paved the way to firmly put Veezu on the map. The team has consistently delivered, from setting out the brand strategy to planning the name-change transition and creating a distinctive visual style. We’re only just getting started, yet the entire rebranding journey so far has been incredible.”
Julie Sexton, Group Account Director at Initials CX adds: “It has been so refreshing to work with the team at Veezu. It is a business that puts the community at the very heart of what it does.”
