Walr [https://walr.com/], the res-tech company behind the Walr data creation platform, has started the year with the appointment of Courtney Bergh as Director of Platform Commercialisation.
With a background in Market Research as well as product development, Bergh’s previous roles include Key Account Director at System1 Research and Senior Director at GfK. She has supported and driven the expansion of several existing products and brought new ideas to market across multiple industries including: FMCG, Media, Retail, and Tech & Durables.
In her new role as Director of Platform Commercialisation, Bergh will be responsible for collaborating with the tech, product, and commercial teams to bring the Walr Platform to clients. Part of her role will involve gathering feedback from customers about their needs and desires for the Walr Platform, communicating this feedback to the tech and product teams, and helping to define new features based on customer requirements. Additionally, Bergh will be responsible for creating materials such as product demonstrations, trial/training materials, and commercial collateral to support the marketing and sales efforts of the company.
