An engineer technician is an engineering professional trained in some aspects of implementation and development of a certain area of technology. Engineering technician education is not as theoretical and more applied than conventional engineering education, although in a broader sense both also have a strong focus on practical applications. Technicians work closely with engineers, technicians, architects, and other technical professionals who are highly skilled in their field.
Engineering professionals can have many different jobs as they progress through their career. Some work for the military. These jobs may include aerospace, electronics, or chemical testing

colleges to train others on their job responsibilities. As you can see, there are a number of jobs available in engineering technology. Many people who work in this field have many jobs outside of this career as well. They may work for a government agency or a private company.
